These immune-boosting popsicles are a healthy summer treat!

For kids (and adults!), summer brings images of days spent outside, bike rides, swimming, and of course – popsicles! This recipe is a great substitute for the sugar and dye-filled popsicles you would typically find in the grocery store. These popsicles have an immune boost from the mango, which is high in Vitamin C, along with the addition of ENIVA Cold Buster so that your whole family can stay healthy all summer long.

Cold Buster Popsicles
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Freeze Time: 2 hours
Servings: ~10 popsicles

 

Ingredients:
4 cups chopped mango
2 cups coconut milk
3 tablespoons Orange Juice
1 oz ENIVA Cold Buster
3 tbsp honey or your favorite natural sweetener

 

Directions:
1.In a food processor combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
2.Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.
