People often ask us how they should take our Chlorophyll+ supplement.

Actually, it’s fun and easy. Here are some creative ideas to jump start your great Chlorophyll+ experience!

Warm Cup of Tea

Simply add 1 teaspoon of Eniva Health Chlorophyll Plus into an 8 to 12 oz cup of hot (but not boiling) water – approx. 125 degrees F.

Add natural sweetener, if you prefer. Some people enjoy an added dash of organic cream or milk. Reduce Chlorophyll to ½ teaspoon if your water is only 4 to 6 ounces.

Chlorophyll Plus Mint Smoothie

¾ cup plain lowfat greek yogurt; vegan variety and/or vanilla flavor optional

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

2 ripe bananas, sliced and 2 cups diced, peeled kiwi

If no kiwi is available, use 3 ripe bananas

2 cups frozen mango, chunks

Natural sweetener suggested,  added to your taste preference

1 teaspoon Eniva Health Chlorophyll Plus

Optional spices: dash of ginger

 

Add yogurt, milk, and fruit into blender, blend until smooth. Add sweetener next, if desired. Lastly, blend in chlorophyll slowly, allow to mix in thoroughly. If you prefer a less thick consistency, add more milk.

Pour into popsicle molds; insert popsicle sticks.  Freeze for at least 5 hours, or until solid. Makes 12 popsicles

Healthy Mint Popsicles

Mint Garlic Salad Dressing

1 cup Eniva Health 3-6-9 Salad Oil

1 teaspoon Eniva Health Chlorophyll Plus

2 teaspoons crushed garlic

2 teaspoons mustard; spicy or brown preferred

1 teaspoon lemon juice or ½ teaspoon Eniva Health Muscle Aid

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

Natural sweetener suggested, but only if preferred; add according to your taste

Optional: ¼ teaspoon ginger

 

Blend ingredients in blender, low speed, until well mixed; refrigerate after mixing. Makes approximately 6 servings.

Mint & Lemon Ice Cubes

Easy Peasy:  Pour 2 teaspoons of Chlorophyll Plus into 18 ounces of water; add ¼ teaspoon lemon juice. Stir well. Pour into standard ice cube tray. Allow to freeze well. Add 2 to 3 cubes to an 12 ounce glass of water or your favorite beverage – Enjoy!
