Herb Dressing

Perfect Pairing: Garden salad with fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, onion, cucumber & shredded carrots. Add chicken or your favorite protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Eniva 3-6-9 Salad Oil
  • 3 oz Eniva Cal Mag
  • 1 oz Eniva Muscle Aid
  • 1 Tbsp onion, finely grated
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced
  • 1/8 cup sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1/4 tsp dried mustard
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp dried basil
  • 2 stalks celery, finely diced

Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Perfect Pairing: Fruit & feta salad with micro greens, feta cheese, strawberries or watermelon, mint and cucumber. Add quinoa for a healthy protein boost!

Ingredients 

  • 5 Tbsp Eniva 3-6-9 Salad Oil
  • 1 tsp raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tsp umeboshi vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 cup parsley
  • Pinch of pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Store in a glass bottle and keep refrigerated. 


Sweet and Sour Dressing

Perfect Pairing: Chinese noodle salad with romaine or crunchy cabbage mix, mandarin oranges, Chinese noodles, coconut aminos, peanuts or sliced almonds and shrimp!
