Knowing how to add in nutrition can become a challenging task when recipes seem set to reach a perfect consistency. Try out these Banana Muffins that can be made Allergen Free.

  • 2 scoops *NEW* Eniva Ultra Smooth Plant Protein
  • 3 overripe bananas
  • 2 Tbsp sugar of choice
  • 4 Tbsp milk (can use dairy-free to make muffins vegan)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cup flour of choice (can use gluten-free)
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Optional: regular or vegan chocolate chips
  • Optional: chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Start by mixing all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, mix bananas along with the wet ingredients. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until they are combined. Divide the batter into a muffin tin filling each cup 3/4 full. If you do not have muffin cups, be sure to grease your pan. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Let cool before serving.

Pineapple Angel Cake


Stir dry cake mix with undrained pineapple until well blended. Add minerals and wet ingredients for cake mix and bake 30 – 35 minutes at 350°F.

No Bake Energy Cookies


  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup flaked coconut (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and cocoa in a large saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring continually for 1 minute; remove from heat. Add peanut butter, vanilla extract, VIBE and Vitamin C to sugar mixture and mix well. Combine the oats, LifeCleanse, coconut and nuts in medium bowl and mix well. Add the oats mixture to the peanut butter mixture and mix well. Shape cookies using a spoon onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm, about 30 minutes.

Festive Fruit Chutney


In a large saucepan, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil. Add cranberries, return to a boil, then reduce heat so that the liquid simmers. Add apples, orange, nuts, raisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and cook for 10 to 15 minute, constantly mixing. Remove pan from heat and let sauce cool, about 10 minutes. Stir in SuperBs, Vitamins and ResVante.
