Healthy Vanilla Protein Donuts – Make at Home!

Makes 12 Donuts

Ingredients

The Topping

  • 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • Sprinkles of choice (optional)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Once the oven is set, make sure the coconut oil and honey is melted. Honey should be more of a liquid consistency rather than sticky and goopy. Mix the eggs, honey, coconut oil and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients. Grease a donut pan, and spoon the batter into the circles. Bake the donuts for roughly 15 minutes. Wait for the donuts to cool and remove from pan. To make the topping, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Dip the completely cooled donuts into the chocolate, and then set on a parchment paper lined tray. Wait for the chocolate to harden and enjoy!
