… And we are Celebrating our Favorite type of Vinegar – Apple Cider Vinegar!

A New Craze

There has been more talk about the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar in recent years. More people are cooking with Apple Cider Vinegar, unique supplements are incorporating it, and more research is being done to reveal real advantages. This does not go without saying that there is some misleading information out there as well. Apple cider vinegar alone does not make a person lose weight. Now, that the big elephant in the room is out of the way, let’s dive deeper into what apple cider vinegar can do to support your health and even some sweet recipes to inspire you.

What does “the mother” mean? Eniva Apple Cider Vinegar products incorporate “the mother.” The “mother” sediment helps provide naturally occurring amino acids, enzymes, probiotic bacteria and many of the benefits associated with apple cider vinegar. We are able to harness its goodness because our ACV ingredients are unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Let’s Talk Benefits (THE BIG 2)

Feed Good Bacteria

The fermented colony of ACV feeds key bacteria in your gut that, in turn, supports digestion.* Your immune system can also benefit!*

Weight Management*

Acetic acid aids in turning fat into energy. This is what your metabolism needs! It can also help you feel more full and lessen your appetite.*

Skincare Benefits

Apple cider vinegar can help the skin in various ways. It has been known to support a normal pH balance, skin tightness and circulation.* You can even make masks or cleansers. With so many cleansers and beauty products containing toxic chemicals, ACV is a great alternative.

Always make sure to do your own research when it comes to crazy claims. Apple Cider Vinegar alone will not be the reason a condition like acne heals or hyperpigmentation goes away. Think of Apple Cider Vinegar as a support to both your internal and external body. Results will obviously vary by person.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1/4 coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup Eniva Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • pinch ground ginger
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 pound skin-on wild caught Alaskan salmon fillets, Large Shrimp tail-on, or fish of choice

Simply mix all ingredients together, and place just under half of the marinade aside. Put the fish in a bowl with the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour. Once the fish has sat in the marinate for an hour, bake or grill. Drizzle the remaining marinade while cooking or post-cooking. This recipe pairs well with a fruit salsa or lime for a more island vibe.

DID YOU KNOW: You can use apple cider vinegar to pickle vegetables. This is a great option if you have an abundant amount of vegetables to use up. The apple cider vinegar variation gives the pickled vegetable a more mellow taste. Remember: the less ripe, the better. You want to make sure your vegetables are firm.

Use Apple Cider Vinegar in your homemade • Dressings • Fruit Salsas and • Vinaigrettes, too!
